I am available for private yoga instruction, to individuals or small groups, at Rhinebeck Yoga Center in Rhinebeck NY. This type of instruction can be more yin (meditative) or yang (active) depending on your needs and goals. Private or small-group instruction is a wonderful way to get individual attention and personalized feedback, including physical and energetic adjustments based on my knowledge of bodywork techniques, various kinds of anatomy, and sculpture.
